A Plant / Production Metallurgist at the Fingerboards Project has responsibility for monitoring and analysing daily plant performance to ensure maximum recovery and throughput. The role includes sampling, data analysis, troubleshooting plant issues, and supporting operational teams with technical guidance. Plant Metallurgists play a key role in bridging metallurgical research with operational outcomes.
