Talk directly to the independent specialists carrying out the technical and environmental studies for the Fingerboards Critical Minerals Project. The sessions cover the EES process, radiation, air quality, surface water, noise and social impact.
You do not need any technical knowledge to take part. If there is something about the project you want to understand better, come along, ask the question, and talk it through with the specialist working on it.
There are two ways to take part, and you are welcome at both.

In person at The Hub, Bairnsdale
5.00pm to 7.00pm, Thursday 20 August. Book a ten-minute appointment with each specialist you want to see.
Online webinar
1.00pm to 2.00pm, Wednesday 19 August 2026. An online session where the specialists introduce their studies and answer questions from the community. Register below and we will email you the joining link.

5.00pm to 7.00pm, Thursday 20 August 2026.
Book a ten-minute appointment with any of the specialists below. You get ten minutes with each specialist, and you can book as many of the six as you like, as long as the times do not clash. Times already taken are not shown, so anything you can see is still available.
More sessions later in the year
A further round of Ask the Expert sessions is planned for later in the year, covering groundwater, soils, agriculture and horticulture, along with the Mining and Rehabilitation Demonstration Pit and the rehabilitation trials as that work progresses.
