A Geologist at the Fingerboards Project has responsibility for supporting exploration, resource evaluation, and geological modelling activities. The role includes core logging, sample collection, interpreting geological structures, and contributing to resource estimates. Geologists play a key role in ensuring reliable geological data underpins mining and processing decisions.

A Grade Control Geologist at the Fingerboards Project has responsibility for ensuring ore is accurately defined and delivered to the processing plant in line with production schedules. The role includes conducting sampling and logging, analysing geological data, updating ore block models, and working closely with mine planners and supervisors to minimise ore loss and dilution.
