The role includes managing metallurgical test work, monitoring recovery of zircon, titanium, and rare earth minerals, overseeing process optimisation, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The Metallurgical Superintendent ensures that production targets are achieved safely, efficiently, and in compliance with environmental standards.
