A Shift Operator at the Fingerboards Project has responsibility for operating processing plant equipment safely and efficiently during shift cycles. The role includes monitoring plant conditions, carrying out routine inspections, responding to process upsets, and supporting production targets. Shift Operators are critical to maintaining consistent and safe operations on a 24/7 basis.
